Just completed my first 28 day challenge and was so happy with my results!
Muscle mass gain - actually lost .6 in muscle
Body fat mass loss - 3.4kg
Body fat percentage lost - 1.7%
Visceral fat loss - 2! So happy about this this
I have achieved the my fat mass loss goal and my goal to attend 3 x ICE sessions per week.
I also ate breakfast every day! So unheard of for me!
Physically I am stronger, am starting to opt for the heavier weights and have more endurance to complete the ICE workouts. It’s actually feels easier getting up off the floor during a workout as I am just that bit ‘lighter’.
Mentally I just feel like I have more energy & general motivation and just feel the brain fog has started to lift, which lets me stay in a positive mind frame all day!
This has to be my new lifestyle and is going to take time to make it a new habit, so this is just the start for me. I am so proud of myself for not blowing 3 weeks of hard work whilst in Thailand this past week. I learnt you can still Have a great holiday without stuffing yourself stupid on food and cocktail bingeing!
I have also learnt that preparation is everything! If you have meals and snacks ready you won’t be as likely to reach for the bad foods! And if you eat the right foods and enough of it, you don’t get the extreme hunger come on suddenly and the poor food decision that follows that. Its like you can resist the bad foods so much easier, don’t you guys think?
I absolutely feel better than when I started!I have more energy and the mental the fog of depression & anxiety I sometimes live in is starting to lift. I feel more positive and really motivated in general and want to keep going!
The challenge didn’t end today for me, I just started!
