Metabolic Window: Consume Outside Metabolic Window
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- purple or white cabbage (more colour the better)
- chopped 4 apples, grated
- 3 Tbs of lemon juice
- 2 Tbs of olive oil
- 1 Tbs of balsamic
- 1 tsp of garlic (Balsamic and olive oil can be replaced with 2-3 Tbs of Greek yogurt)
- Crushed walnuts, as much or little as you like
- Sultanas, as much or little as you like
- Chopped onion or sprinkle of onion powder
- Chopped celery stick or sprinkle of celery salt
- Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all in a bowl and serve with fish, chicken or have for lunch or breakfast with Tuna
